ABOUT OWNER

I have always been into sport since childhood. I decided to continue into the gym in 2016. I got Certificated Fitness and Nutritionist Coach, and also i got the Master degree of INSEAD (France), Business-Psychology - Europe's leading business school, one of the best in the world.

Now i have more than 8 years experience of physical preparation. I know how to help you achieve the transformation you dream of: loos weight/ building muscle/building toned body/ being stronger/ general health/ build bigger strong ass and etc. I am training girls offline and online.
Fitness now is much more for me that just looking good. It's about confidence, happiness, health, mindset, self-love, nourishment, sustainable practices, and enjoyable process. One year ago i moved to Dubai, where i am living now. I strive for a program that's going to not only build the body, but upgrade the live, so we linking unique physical and mental attitudes. For better wellbeing, that give you strong results without suffering. In this program you will train personally with me or with one of my professional coaching-team in AAT.
